PQ3 Bidder Company Turnover Bidder should have an average annual turnover of more than ₹ 1Cr. in the last three (3) years Audited Certificates
PQ4 The Bidding firm should have sound financial backing Audited Certificates of the last 3 years
PQ5 The bidding firm should be capable and willing to provide a Bank Guarantee of 10% of the Project Cost Written
PQ6 Bidding shall be open to firms which include System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the Hospital Software / Application development segment. Incorporation Certificate
PQ7 Certification The firm should have a valid ISO 9001: 2008 Quality certification or CMMI Level 3 and above or should have at least commenced the said quality certification process. Necessary / Supporting documents to be furnished
PQ8 EMD The bidder should furnish, as part of its proposal, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) To be submitted through NEFT / RTGS only.

Note: - Only those bidders who meet the pre-qualification criteria specified above will be eligible to respond to this TENDER / RFP.

The bidder’s pre-qualification proposal shall contain the relevant information & supporting documents to substantiate the eligibility of the bidder vis-à-vis the pre-qualification criteria.
