The Vydehi Institute of Cardiac Sciences at VIMS & RC, under both its departments of Cardiology and Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, has the best technology and equipment to dispense quality services to patients. It has:

Its operation theatres are all made of stainless steel hence providing a uniform and hygienic non corrosive heat resistant surface. The advanced hepafilters and the laminar flow systems installed at the operation theatre make sure that a zero bacteria environment is maintained. There are separate operation theatres and post operation care units for adults and children. The department’s post operative management and rehabilitation centre one that is unique only to Vydehi because it offers specialized post operation and rehabilitation for all ages – from the children to the aged.
