Mr. Abdul Gani of 55 yrs, a case of “coronary artery disease with diabetics mellitus, syt. Hypertension, Hypothyroidism with Multiple infarcts in brain and severe renal dysfunction and totally blind came to Vydehi hospital with severe dehydration and unable to walk. Patient was immediately shifted to Cardiothoracic ICU stabilized and CABG performed successfully with no focal neurological deficit and good renal function.
