How to Apply
1. Go to Courses section > Click on Under Graduate Courses > Entire Under Graduate
Courses will appear.
2. Click on Online Application the one you want. The Application Form will appear.
3. Fill it with necessary information.
a. In first section fill Candidate Name, Sex, DOB, Age, Father’s Name, Occupation,
Designation, Annual Income, Mother’s Name, Occupation, Designation and Annual
Income.
b. In second section Fill Correspondence Address like Address Line1, Address Line2,
City, State, Country, Pin Code, E-mail and Phone information.
c. In third section Fill Permanent Address information with Name of the Local
Guardian, Relationship, Address and other information about the Guardian.
4. Click on Next button, if the information is correct. Then it takes you to the next form.
5. Here you have to enter all your Educational Qualification Information first.
6. Then check with necessary Attested Photocopies whether you have attached or not.
7. Check once again before submit your application and Submit your Application by click on Submit button.
8. Your online Application form will be ready in printable version. Take a printout by click on PrintHTML button and Submit to the below address.
